As an Account Manager on our State Farm Team, you will connect personally with clients to uncover their unique needs and, importantly, why protection matters to them. You’ll help clients clearly understand their insurance options and the coverage they have, turning leads into trusted, long-lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIESCultivate and engage leads, schedule appointments, and listen deeply to understand clients’ needs and motivations for protection. Collaborate with the agent and agency team to set and meet goals, delivering personalized service that builds trust and lasting relationships. Educate clients on their insurance options and coverage to help them feel secure and informed every step of the way. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales experience preferred but not required if you’re eager to learn
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals a plus
  • Genuine ability to connect and relate to clients
  • Property & Casualty license (must have or be willing to obtain)

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
